This course is for climbers who have already taken a climbing course. The course: improve your strategies to better organize your climb, manage your pump, increase your strength and endurance and continue a specific climbing training. Classes are built according to the principle of 90% climbing / climbing techniques and 10% specific muscular training (2x 8 weeks)

Prerequisites: Accreditation of moulinette, having already followed a course Women rock! and / or having his technical skills checked by one of our coaches

Members – hold a subscription at Vertige for the duration of the course session.
Non-members – entrance included for the rest of the evening
