Improve your strength and climbing techniques, it’s guaranteed! This course is for any climber who has not received any technical climbing training. Classes are built according to the principle of 95% climbing / climbing techniques and 5% specific muscular training. You will learn the basic and advanced climbing techniques that you will practice in bouldering problems and in all routes difficulty levels. (2hrs x 8 weeks)

This course is for climbers who have already undergone technical training. In the program: improve your strategies to better organize your climb, manage your pump, increase your strength and endurance and continue a specific climbing training. Classes are built according to the principle of 90% climbing / climbing techniques and 10% specific muscular training (2hrs x 8 weeks) Prerequisites: Top rope climbing accreditation, having already taken a MaximHOMME course and/or having your technical skills evaluated by one of our instructors. The CORE du Christ is a course that offers you the chance to demystify the different methods of specific climbing strength training in a friendly atmosphere with other beginner/intermediate climbers who want to learn more and improve their physical abilities. The courses are built on the principle of 50% climbing/climbing technique and 50% specific muscle training. On the menu, a supervised bouldering session of 1 hour with a review of basic to advanced techniques, followed by a training that supplements or complements the technical theme of the week and ends with a guided cool-down.

’autres grimpeurs de niveau débutant/intermédiaire qui veulent en apprendre plus et améliorer leurs capacités physiques. Les cours sont bâtis selon le principe de 50% de grimpe/technique de grimpe et 50% d’entraînement spécifique musculaire. Au menu, une séance de bloc supervisée de 1h avec revue de techniques de base à avancée, suivi d’un entraînement qui supplémente ou complémente la thématique technique de la semaine et terminée avec un retour au calme dirigé.
