Junior Competition Club (9-19 ans)

Since 2009, the Vertige Junior team has been participating in the Coupe Quebec circuit. Throughout the year, the participants will train together to improve strength and climbing techniques in both indoor climbing and bouldering. Training will be 2.5 hours per day, 2 days per week, in which climbers will work on their strength, flexibility, endurance, strategic climbing, etc.

*NEW* Development Group (ages 9-14)

A new group is being set up this winter for participants who want to continue their personal development in climbing with other motivated young people without committing to the competitive circuit. This is also a great way to try out specific training while keeping the one session per week formula for a minimum half year commitment. Beginning of September or beginning of January. REGISTRATION BEGINS: DECEMBER 5

First week free! Come meet us!

Accreditation for Vertige and/or equivalent children’s courses and interest in training twice a week (competition) or once a week (development).

For newcomers, you must write to our coach Élise at s-é@vertige-escalade.com to make an appointment to evaluate your motivation and climbing level. We reserve the right not to accept all interested participants.
