Climbing, while offering a different experience of our daily activities, is an excellent activity to develop self-confidence, trust in others, interpersonal communication and team cohesion. In addition, it is a sport that few children have ever experienced, which puts every child at the same starting point. A pleasant and different activity to develop not only general strength, but also to develop movement creativity, and to improve proprioception.

Our mission is to provide the winning conditions for students to fully invest in their climbing activity and develop their initiative. The goal is to ensure that they experience the pleasure of climbing through the encouragement of their peers, fun and surpassing oneself. Although the concepts of safety, belaying and attachment will be taught, our passionate instructors will be there to reassure and encourage students to climb while respecting their individual abilities.

Practical practice:
8 years and older: Students belay each other.
7 years and younger: Vertige instructors will take care of belaying
Supervision by our professional and passionate team
Rental fee for climbing shoes of $3.50 per pair in addition.
Time slot of 2 to 2.5 hours in the morning or afternoon
Minimum amount charged will be equivalent to 15 students

CLIMBING COURSE SERIES

(multi-visits) For a more complete climbing activity, we offer a series of courses aimed at top rope autonomy, improving climbing gestures and integrating climbing training. Periods of climbing on a route and in bouldering are planned. The student will go through the stages of discovering climbing, learning to climb on a wall, surpassing oneself, perfecting gestures and self-regulating one’s motivation in order to experience situations of personal accomplishment. The student will be led to assess his own level and choose his own challenges. Depending on your schedule, the number of sessions, the number of students and your objectives, we can adapt the content of the courses.
