Séance d’entraînement spécifique visant l’amélioration de la force en escalade
Lecture de voies, gestion de l’énergie, développement physique
Amélioration des techniques de grimpe
Juste de l’escalade pendant une demi-journée!

Camp de jour demi-journée – 9h00 à 12h00

DÉTAILS

3 heures d’escalade par jour minimum
Utilisation du matériel, communication et sécurité
Introduction au noeud en huit et aux manoeuvres d’assurage
Selon le niveau: apprentissage visant l’autonomie en escalade
Apprivoiser les hauteurs
Atelier de gestuelle de grimpe: mouvement, jeux de pieds et mains, dalle, dévers
Lecture de voies, gestion de l’énergie, développement physique
Initiation au rappel et à la remontée sur corde fixe
Corde à Tarzan
Autres activités: Jeux coopératifs, randonnée, activités aquatiques, vélo, ateliers créatifs, parkour, trampoline, etc.
Notez qu’on se promène à vélo entre les activités
