What is Climbing Sport-Studies?
You are in high school and you want to climb and move every weekday morning before going to school? This program allows you to do it whether you are at the Triolet or in somes other private schools in Sherbrooke!
This sport program aims to train athletes who are efficient and ready to give the best of themselves to every training and competition. The development of the physical, mental, energetic and technical aspects of each student will be put foward throughout the year.
The program includes training every morning of the week from 8:30 to 10:30 from September to the end of May, at our two centers, Vertige Escalade and O-Volt.
Weekly schedule :
Depending on the competitions, the strengths and weaknesses of each student, we divide our year into different sections in order to work strength and endurance while keeping a good load of effort.
Here is a typical week of September (2018)
Monday: Bouldering at O-Volt
Tuesday: Top rope climbing at Vertige
Wednesday: Yoga, free-running (parkour), races, breakdance, trampoline, sport-studies exchanges, physical education, preparation for competitions
Thursday: Bouldering at O-Volt
Friday: Top rope climbing at Vertige
